What does the MM23NYC ticket cover?

The MM23NYC ticket covers access to the all-day in-person conference on October 10 & 11 at New World Stages, New York. The ticket also covers refreshments and meals as well as the afterparty. You can attend the live sessions led by industry experts, connect with seasoned professionals, community members, merchants, and network throughout the event. Moreover, you can also access live recordings of the sessions and the talks post the event.

What information is included in my tickets?
  • Tickets include
    • Event name, date, and location
    • Your name, ticket type, and order number.
  • If you need information about the event or a link to the networking portal, contact us at info@meetmagentonyc.com
Where do I find my ticket?
  • Search your email inbox for an email from noreply@order.eventbrite.com
  • When you order tickets, a confirmation is sent to the email address you entered for the order.
  • Your Eventbrite account:
    • When registering for an event, Eventbrite automatically creates an account associated with your email address. Log in using the same email address and select "Tickets" from the dropdown in your Eventbrite account.
  • The Eventbrite app:
    • iPhone: Log in and tap the 'Tickets' icon.
    • Android: Log in and tap the 'Profile' icon. Then find your order and tap the 'Tickets' icon
Can I network with other attendees after purchasing the ticket?

Absolutely. The purpose of this conference and event is to bring together industry experts and professionals to discuss the future of digital commerce, and networking is a backbone of the event. You will have access to a state-of-the-art event networking app to connect with event participants and attendees and schedule appointments. You can also follow and share posts on social media under the hashtag #MM23NYC

I have purchased tickets. Can I update the details?

You cannot change the number of tickets ordered, billing address, or credit card/payment type used. If you need to add more tickets, please place a separate order.

I have purchased tickets and I haven’t received an email confirmation?
  • There may be a problem with your purchase. Please contact us at info@meetmagentonyc.com with full names associated with the order you placed.
  • Why tickets might be missing?
    • Incorrect email address: You may have logged in to Eventbrite using a different email address than that used to place the order or there’s a typo in the email address.
    • Email deliverability: The confirmation was sent to your junk/spam folder or was unable to be delivered.
Are there any group discounts?

Yes, we offer group discounts. For any group ticket questions and group discounts, please contact us at info@meetmagentonyc.com

Are there any discounts for merchants?

We have a special discounted ticket at $99 for merchants.

Can I transfer my ticket to my colleague OR someone else?

Yes, purchased tickets are transferrable.

Can I get a refund on canceled tickets?

No, refunds are not available on ticket cancellations.
