With categories ranging from community engagement to groundbreaking design, these awards capture the diversity and brilliance of our industry.

Please Note - the email address asssociated with the submission as well as anyone who is planning to accept the award must have a ticket to the event. If the entry is submitted by an agency, both the agency and the merchant need a valid ticket.

Introducing the B2B Visionary Award, a recognition for merchants who harness the power of Magento/Adobe Commerce to redefine the standards of B2B online commerce. This accolade is for those who not only use Magento’s robust functionalities but also take them a step further through innovative customizations and strategic implementations.

Whether you’re utilizing Magento or Adobe Commerce, your mastery of its B2B capabilities can set you apart. We are looking for submissions that showcase exceptional use of Magento’s tools, enhanced by custom solutions that meet unique business needs.

This award is for those visionary leaders who not only adapt to the evolving landscape of B2B commerce but also actively shape it. Show us how you’ve turned complex B2B challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation using Magento’s powerful capabilities. Here’s what to include.

Your submission should be between 200 - 500 words. Please format your response to be clear which criteria you are addressing.

General Criteria - All awards are judged on these criteria, in addition to the award-specific criteria listed below.

  1. Industry contribution and relevance. Building something incredible is amazing. How did it contribute to the ecommerce industry? Identify the ecommerce issue or specific problem/s that was addressed and how it was addressed. Explain the thought process, iteration, and unique ideas.) How is this a new approach? How does this e-commerce work rank within its own vertical? Does it set a new standard for the merchant's peers and the competition? What objective measures or benchmarks demonstrate its impact and position within the industry?
  2. Return on investment and how successful were these efforts? Explain how success is measured e.g. A/B testing. Support this with numbers, ROIs, KPIs.
  3. Sustainability. What strategies does this merchant employ to minimize negative environmental impact and/or maximize positive environmental impact? How does it optimize resource usage/efficiency, reduce carbon footprint and maximise use of eco-friendly materials?
  4. Accessibility. How accessible is this website for visitors with audio/visual/neurodiverse challenges? How does this merchant cater for different types of users, maximizing its potential customer base?
  5. CX/UX and Convenience. Overall user experience, including ease of navigation, personalization, and customer satisfaction. How does the project improves convenience for users, including features that simplify shopping, enhance accessibility, and streamline processes. Innovations that make interactions more efficient, user-friendly and human.

Award-Specific Criteria

  • Efficiency and Customization
    Adobe Commerce provides B2B functions that are out-of-box. How well does this work extend upon that? This category also recognizes custom work on Magento whether that has been done with third parties or their own written customizations. - use of automation and efficiency improvements in B2B processes, such as order processing, invoicing, and procurement
    - Complexity: how the project manages complex B2B requirements such as bulk ordering, custom pricing, account management, and more.
    - Customers: effectiveness of CRM integration and relationship-building strategies to enhance B2B CSAT and loyalty
  • Iteration
    Explain any iterations made to the feature, from initial deployment through to incorporating user feedback and making subsequent modifications. Highlight how these iterations helped in refining and optimizing the feature for better performance and usability.
  • Additional Implementations
    Identify enhancements or extensions added beyond the standard B2B functionalities offered by Magento. Elaborate on the specific challenges these additional features addressed and the improvements they brought to your business processes.
  • KPIs
    How did the implementation of a B2B online strategy positively impact the merchant's results? I.e. reduced order time, increased revenue, increased number of customers, etc?
